The 1 to 2 Day Stamped Patio Timeline

Because we don't rely on subcontractors, we control the schedule. When weather permits, a standard stamped concrete patio replacement or new installation follows a strict 1 to 2 day timeline:

• Day 1: Excavation, Sub-Base & Framing. We remove existing grass, dirt, or old concrete and excavate. We install and compact the #53 crushed limestone sub-base, and set up the framing. For heavy-duty applications, we can also install a steel rebar grid as a structural add-on.
• Day 2: Pouring, Finishing & Sealing. We pour our standard upgraded 4,500 PSI high-strength concrete, which includes Fiber Mesh Additives mixed directly into the concrete to reduce shrinkage cracking and increase tensile strength. While the concrete is wet, we apply your chosen integral colors and meticulously stamp the pattern. We then apply our Premium Sealer Package to protect the surface and extend the slab's lifespan. Finally, we handle complete site cleanup. (Note: If unexpected rain causes surface discoloration, we return for a final pressure wash once cured).
